Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrollment, participation, and use of services provided by LurnEx Skilltech Pvt. Ltd. (“LurnEx”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By registering, enrolling, or attending any course offered by LurnEx, the student (“you”, “student”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Admission

• Admission to any course is granted based on eligibility criteria defined by LurnEx.
• Submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees are mandatory for enrollment.
• Registration alone does not guarantee admission.
• Admission is confirmed only after payment of the admission confirmation amount as communicated by LurnEx.
• LurnEx reserves the right to deny, cancel, or discontinue admission in cases of false information, misconduct, non-payment, or violation of institute rules.

2. Fees & Payments

• All course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated during enrollment.
• Failure or delay in payment may result in restricted access, suspension, or cancellation of enrollment.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by LurnEx in writing.
• LurnEx reserves the right to revise course fees, payment structures, or offers at any time.

3. Refund & Cancellation

• Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.
• The registration fee of ₹500 is refundable only if the student withdraws before confirming admission.
• Any amount paid beyond the registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Attendance & Certification

• Students must meet minimum attendance requirements to be eligible for course completion or certification.
• Completion of assignments, assessments, and practicals (if applicable) is mandatory.
• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and professional conduct with trainers, staff, and peers.
• Misconduct, indiscipline, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior may lead to termination without refund.
• LurnEx reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary or legal action.

6. Use of Facilities & Equipment

• All infrastructure, labs, tools, and equipment must be used responsibly.
• Damage due to negligence or misuse will be chargeable to the student.
• LurnEx is not responsible for loss of personal belongings on campus.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, recordings, and study resources are the intellectual property of LurnEx.
• Students are prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, selling, or sharing content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• LurnEx shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during training or campus activities.
• LurnEx is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical failures, natural events, or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Amendments & Modifications

• LurnEx reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• The latest version published on the website shall be applicable and binding.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Enrollment in any course implies that the student has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
