Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses offered by LurnEx Skilltech Pvt. Ltd.. By enrolling in any program, the student acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Policy Overview

This policy defines the eligibility, conditions, and process for refunds related to course registration and admission at LurnEx.

2. Registration Fee Refund

• The registration fee of ₹500 is refundable only if the student withdraws before confirming admission.
• Refund requests for the registration fee must be submitted in writing within the timeline communicated during registration.

3. Admission Confirmation Fee (Non-Refundable)

• Once admission is confirmed by paying the ₹9,000 admission confirmation fee, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

• Any amount paid beyond the registration fee of ₹500 is strictly non-refundable.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Admission confirmation fee
  • Full course fees
  • Installments, advances, or any additional payments made after registration

5. Refund Request Process

• Refund requests must be submitted only in written form through the official communication channel provided by the institute.
• Requests made via phone calls, WhatsApp, or informal communication will not be considered.

6. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds (registration fee only) will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment.
• LurnEx is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect bank or payment details provided by the student.

7. Policy Updates

• LurnEx Skilltech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time.
• Publication of the updated policy on the website constitutes sufficient notice.
